PT Mitra Andalan Bumi Nusantara (MABN) has planned and is building this strategic infrastructure project in a secure yet accessible zone in Bogor. The project combines modern logistics storage with high-load floors and a highly reliable datacenter facility.
Current construction is in the cut-and-fill prep phase and reinforced concrete foundation pouring to support heavy-load double server racks and industrial HVAC cooling machinery.
Tier 3 Readiness Design
Dual grid backup generators and N+1 redundant cooling loops ensure total uptime for digital server nodes.
Floor Loading Capacity
Warehouse floors are treated with concrete hardeners, guaranteeing a load capacity of over 5 tons per square meter (5T/m²).
